A fast-moving, tech-driven organization is looking for a Principal Workday Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Workday Financials. This is a high-impact role focused on configuration, integrations (EIB, Studio), and financial reporting, with close collaboration across teams to support scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

What You'll Do:

Own and enhance Workday Financials configurations, integrations, and custom reports

Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to build solutions aligned to business processes

Use tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence in both Agile and Waterfall environments

Contribute to system design and support ongoing platform improvements

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience

Deep knowledge of Corporate Accounting workflows and financial system support

Strong integration background (EIB, Studio, custom reports)

Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with modern delivery tools
