Description As a Help Desk Technical Support Specialist, on our IT team, you will be working directly with the internal client to deliver IT services and solutions. This role will require communication and interaction with multiple teams to ensure service levels are maintained. You will also troubleshoot issues and will provide a work around to problems to ensure that service is restored as soon as possible. You will work with a Team including both Phone and Software communications and tracking
