This involves working with internal development teams and external suppliers and development partners to develop innovative mechanical solutions for PCs, particularly notebooks, using leading-edge engineering software, tools and processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the products meet design targets in areas such as quality, feature set, cost, schedule, reliability, acoustics, regulatory and safety. The mechanical architect will be responsible for mechanical architecture, component and system-level specifications, cr robust mechanical solutions.You will:- Lead the design, analysis, documentation, and validation of mechanical components, assemblies and assigned product platforms- Develop and test mechanical prototypes, conducting analysis, debugging, and engineering validation to ensure product performance and reliability- Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers and teams including electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and industrial design to sup
