NextGen is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled MCP/Integration Engineer to support the development, integration, and deployment of mission-focused AI and operational integration capabilities across complex tactical and enterprise environments. This role will focus on building Model Context Protocol (MCP) services, integrating operational systems and mission platforms, and enabling secure communication between agentic AI workflows, hardware systems, sensors, databases, and command-
