Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations and a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Customize, enhance, and integrate Salesforce.com applications.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Create technical design documents, wireframes, and UI prototypes.
- Apply Salesforce design patterns and object-oriented programming practices.
- Build technology solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
- Manage technical scope and set client expectations.
- Work within Agile development methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development expertise, including Data Cloud implementation or POCs.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and familiarity with Financial Services Cloud.
- Hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, JavaScript, and Apex APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript libraries, including Node.js.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
- Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and conceptual familiarity with Agentforce. Agentforce and prompt experience preferred.
- Ability to review, develop, and explain code to technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Senior-level Salesforce development experience.
- Financial Services Cloud exposure.
- Experience with React or other JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Twilio APIs or Functions.

- Start date: ASAP. Interview process includes at least two rounds. Glider ID verification required.
