Job Title: Senior Engineer - GenAI Platform Engineer
Job Location: Addison, TX (3 Days onsite, 2 Days work from home) Hybrid role - Local Only or from nearby.
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract
Sr. GenAI Platform Engineer (10+ yrs)
- Must Have: GenAI/LLMs, Python, RAG, AI Agents, Data Engineering, ML, Kafka/Spark, Kubernetes, Cloud, APIs/Microservices, AI Platform Architecture.
- Role 1: GenAI Platform Architect/Lead (Platform Design & Architecture)
2. Sr. GenAI Platform Automation Engineer (10+ yrs)
- Must Have: Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Python, Kubernetes, Cloud, GenAI, Automation Frameworks, Bitbucket/Bamboo/Jira, Kafka.
- Role 2: GenAI Platform Automation/DevOps Lead (Terraform, CI/CD, IaC & Automation)
3. Software Engineer III GenAI Platform (6+ yrs)
- Must Have: Python, GenAI, RAG, LLMs, FastAPI, REST APIs, MLFlow/Kubeflow, Kubernetes, AI/ML, Data Engineering.
- Role 3: Hands-on Python GenAI Developer (Coding, APIs & AI Applications)
Note:
- Please submit only qualified candidates who closely match the job requirements.

- BOA experience first, followed by other banking/financial clients, then strong enterprise clients.
- Avoid candidates with 6+ month employment gaps.
- Prefer candidates with stable, long-term employment/contract history.
- Speed is critical due to the MSP/VMS process.
Please source candidates with strong enterprise GenAI Platform experience, not just AI application developers. Must have hands-on experience in Python, GenAI/LLMs, RAG, Kubernetes, Cloud, Data Engineering, and for the Automation role, Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps, and IaC. Banking/large enterprise experience is preferred.
Interview: 2 Virtual rounds or may be requested for an onsite as well.
