Chenega Systems (CS) provides federal agencies empowered solutions in Cybersecurity and Data Visualization. Our Subject Matter Experts offer decades of experience working in the federal marketplace and the data visualization environment.
The
Quality Control (QC) Technician will support a large government agency and is responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, testing products, and recording and analyzing results gathered during development and production in the organization.
Responsibilities - Carry out inspections to meet the standards set by the organization
- Focus on corrective actions to make sure the products meet specifications
- Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing
- Work with the Quality Control Supervisor regarding specific information related to product information and production
- Constant updating of job knowledge by reading specific information related to product information and production
- Find solutions to customers complaints and feedback
- Write reports and submit them to the quality control manager
- Assist in checking and updating quality control policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required
- 6+ months of relevant experience is preferred
- Background check
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Visual Basic programming and macro generation
- Must be able to produce a customized report utilizing data available from integrated computer systems in CSV, txt, and XML formats
- Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills, including the ability to teach and explain methodologies
