Job Overview:
Pay Range: $100hr - $105hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 12-15+ years of overall Pega experience.
- 5+ years specializing in customer decisioning, Next-Best-Action (NBA), customer analytics, and AI-driven engagement strategies.
- Experience in strategic architecture leadership.
- Experience with customer decisioning capabilities and optimizing engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of scalable and sustainable platform architecture.
- Experience with healthcare domain is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Define target-state customer decisioning and engagement architecture.
- Lead data model rationalization and customer data strategy.
- Establish Interaction History and Customer Insight Cache (CIC) migration approaches.
- Assess and optimize Next-Best-Action strategies and decisioning frameworks.
- Identify architecture gaps, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Define guardrails for performance, scalability, governance, and operational readiness.
- Provide advisory support for platform modernization and upgrade initiatives.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business and technology objectives.
- Identify critical components for platform migration / upgrade to different cloud environments.
