We are looking for a hands-on Lead Python Full Stack Developer with Agentic AI experience to join the Wealth Management Core Processing Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python full-stack application development, database technologies, and AI/GenAI application integration, with the ability to design and develop intelligent, production-ready applications.
The candidate will contribute to all aspects of application development, including functional and technical specifications, architecture, design, development, integration, testing, and production support. The team is responsible for building a suite of tools supporting security journaling across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent frameworks, with the ability to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise Python applications. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, or similar agentic frameworks is a strong plus.
Required Skills
- 10 12 years of Python development experience
- Strong Python Full Stack Development experience
- Hands-on Agentic AI / GenAI application development or integration
- Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, or similar frameworks
- Strong SQL/database experience; DB2 or SQL Server preferred
- Strong application design, development, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing REST APIs / backend services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Banking / Financial Services / Wealth Management experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python full-stack applications.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI / GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, RAG, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Work with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Design and develop APIs and backend services to support AI-enabled applications.
- Develop and maintain database structures using DB2, SQL Server, or similar relational databases.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with users, business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams across geographically distributed locations.
- Troubleshoot application and AI integration issues and support production deployments.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
