We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Research Engineer to join one of our major Telecom clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production, along with strong Python and data engineering skills.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience designing, training, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning models in production
- Strong Python programming experience
- Experience with data engineering and large-scale data processing
- Hands-on experience with data ingestion, transformation, feature engineering, and optimization
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Experience developing scalable, production-quality software supporting ML and analytics initiatives
- Master''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, or related STEM field
- Experience with research, experimentation, advanced analytics, or applied ML

- Cellular network / Telecom data experience
- Geospatial or location-based datasets
- Cell-site data or location intelligence
- Fraud detection
- Public safety analytics
- Marketing/customer analytics
- Published thesis, research work, patents, or industry innovation projects
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models
- Build scalable data pipelines for large and complex datasets
- Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Deploy and optimize ML models in production environments
- Conduct experimentation and research to improve model accuracy and scalability
- Work with large-scale cellular and location-related datasets
- Develop ML solutions supporting fraud detection, public safety, customer insights, and marketing analytics
- Collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle
