Job Summary

 seeking a Senior Technical Contributor / Lead Software Engineer to architect and develop scalable, high-quality client-facing applications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications and client-facing systems.
• Build REST APIs and web applications using ASP.NET Core.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions using Azure or AWS, preferably PaaS services.
• Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• 4+ years of Azure or AWS cloud-native development.
• 4+ years of ASP.NET Core and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with OIDC and OAuth2.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; MongoDB preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Git and Gitflow.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong software architecture, design, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be local to Alpharetta, GA.
• Relocation is not an option.
• Onsite interview is mandatory – no exceptions.
• Must be comfortable working as a hands-on individual contributor.
