Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing water and wastewater construction projects.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
- Track project schedules and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Support cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly project reporting.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Participate in project meetings with owners, engineers, and inspectors.
- Assist with project closeout including punch lists, as-built drawings, warranties, and final documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality control requirements.
- Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve field issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of construction experience preferred.
- Experience with water or wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, underground utilities, or heavy civil construction is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
