You'll work alongside experienced designers and project professionals, gaining hands-on experience supporting workplace technology, commercial environments, video conferencing solutions, and design initiatives that impact organizations throughout New England.
What You'll Be Doing- Support design and documentation efforts for commercial workplace projects
- Create and update drawings, layouts, and project documentation
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, project managers, and field teams
- Learn industry best practices for technology integration and commercial design
- Assist with project coordination and design-related tasks
- Maintain organized project records and documentation
- Contribute to multiple projects while meeting quality and deadline expectations
- Gain exposure to workplace technology, AV systems, space planning, and design consulting
What We're Looking For- Interest in technology, design, engineering, architecture, construction, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Experience with AutoCAD, drafting software, or design tools is helpful but not required
Preferred Backgrounds- Recent college or technical school graduates
- CAD, Drafting, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Design students/graduates
- Individuals with internship, co-op, or project experience
- Candidates looking to build a long-term career in technology design and consulting
- Professionals interested in workplace technology, AV systems, commercial design, or project coordination

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
