Our client, a leader in industrial equipment repair and maintenance, is seeking a Hydraulic Repair Technician to join their team. As a Hydraulic Repair Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting hydraulic system repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Hydraulic Repair Technician
Location: Ann Arbor,MI
Pay Range:$23
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, Overtime as needed
What\'s the Job?
\t- Diagnose, rebuild, and test hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders \t
- Disassemble components and inspect parts using precision measuring tools \t
- Replace seals, perform honing, and reassemble components according to OEM specifications \t
- Read hydraulic schematics and service manuals to ensure accurate repairs \t
- Maintain detailed repair and inspection records while adhering to safety procedures
What\'s Needed?
\t- Minimum of 2 years of hydraulic repair experience preferred \t
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components \t
- Experience with major hydraulic brands such as Parker, Eaton, Rexroth, Vickers, etc. is a plus \t
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment effectively \t
- Mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills
