Systems Administrator, Tier 2, Level 2.
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland area

Shift work - Wed to Sun 2PM to 10 PM~~~ All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Clearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.
Compensation: $85,000 to $92,000
Job Description:- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Mandatory Requirements and Certifications:- Hardware
- Remote Assistance
- Remote Desktop
- CompTIA A+ CE
- CompTIA Network+ CE
- Privileged User
- Must Sign an NDA
Education Requirements- High School or GED with 15 years' experience; or
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 years' experience
