DescriptionSystems Engineer Level 2 is a mid-level role responsible for supporting the design, integration, analysis, and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure. Candidates typically have hands-on experience with systems engineering processes, requirements development, and technical problem-solving, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to reliable, mission-focused solutions across the system lifecycle.
Required Skills - Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
- Agile framework experience (Scrum, etc.)
Desired Skills - Proficiency with Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or similar SysML tools
- INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification
Qualifications - Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- BS Degree + 14 years experience

The projected compensation range for this position is $175K - $250K.
