We are looking for Quality Technician II for our client in Arden Hills, MN.

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

HS Diploma and 1+ years of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail.
Solid writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct independent failure analyses and document complaint findings.
Utilize the testing tools and techniques to support root cause investigations.
Identify patterns through data analysis, including manufacturing data review.
Investigate and support resolution of NCEPs and CAPAs.
Collaborate across departments to resolve product issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support lab operations and enhancements.

Nice to Have:

AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
Experience in SAP, MES, or TrackWise.
A production or manufacturing background has proven to be a strong fit for this role.
Candidates with 2 to 3 years' related experience have worked well in this role.
