Role: Support and optimize procurement processes such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Supplier Information Management (SIM). Design, implement, and optimize end to end procurement solutions, with a primary focus on Coupa s platform and integrating it seamlessly within existing systems. Design, implement, configure, and maintain procurement platforms, particularly Coupa, to streamline procurement processes and meet business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Coupa subject matter expert or a similar role supporting procurement platforms.
Deep understanding of procurement processes and familiarity with systems like Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Supplier Information Management (SIM).
Strong technical expertise in system integration, workflow configurations, and administration of procurement applications.
Demonstrated ability to document processes and contribute to user training efforts.
Proficiency in IT service management tools, troubleshooting methodologies, and vendor communications.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of Agile or similar methodologies in continuous service environments.
Preferred: Certification in Coupa or other procurement platforms.
