Data Analyst

Introduction:

International Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Mclean, VA. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for consulting and analyzing data, with a focus on multifamily mortgage and real estate finance metrics. You will work with various databases, write advanced SQL queries, and utilize Informatica for data integration.

Responsibilities:

Consulting & Analysis: Provide data management consulting with advanced data analysis capabilities.
Domain Expertise: Understand multifamily mortgage data lifecycle and real estate finance metrics.
Multi-Database SQL Mastery: Write advanced SQL queries against Snowflake, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
Source Code Auditing: Interpret existing database code to trace data lineage and validate logic.
Core ETL Technology: Work with Informatica pipelines for data integration.
Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Owners to scope work efforts and map implementation steps.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Data Analyst experience
Knowledge of Informatica
Experience with Mortgage data
Strong SQL skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Snowflake, MongoDB, and SQL Server
Previous work with multifamily mortgage data
Ability to work in an Agile environment
