Role: Looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to build and maintain a healthcare web application used by medical practices.

• 7+ years Ruby on Rails
• Strong Ruby development
• Strong Rails / MVC
• Experience building REST APIs
• Experience with MySQL / relational databases
• Git
• Object-oriented programming
• Unit, integration and automated testing
• Good understanding of application design and architecture
• Agile development experience
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Arlington, VA from Day 1

• React / JavaScript
• Snowflake
• Playwright
• GitLab CI/CD
• Cloud experience
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with workflow-based applications
• Experience modernizing older Rails applications
• Value Based Care / care management experience

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications
• Build REST APIs and backend services
• Develop business workflows
• Work with MySQL, Snowflake and other data systems
• Work with React/front-end teams
• Write and maintain automated tests
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Participate in code reviews and technical design
• Support CI/CD and deployments
• Improve application performance and security
• Work with QA, UX and product teams
