A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Technician.
\n
Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months
Location: Ashaway, RI 02804 (Onsite/1st shift)
\n
\n As a Manufacturing Technician you will
\n
\n - Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
\n - Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
\n - Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
\n - Mechanical Assembly Skills: Proficiency in building complex mechanical assemblies.(electrical and optical assemblies, components, and harnesses)
\n - Computer Skills: Adept at programming assemblies using relevant software.
\n - Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows and Office.
\n - Technical Literacy: Proficient to read and interpret engineering work instructions, drawings, or schematics to effectively perform job duties.

Ideal candidate will have \n
\n - High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
\n - Currently or previously IPC J-STD-001 solder certified.
\n
\n

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $21-23/hr
\n *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
