Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator at GA

Position: Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator

• Key Responsibilities: manage project plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications; coordinate across multiple facilities; provide status updates to leadership; support infrastructure modernization efforts.
• Technical Skills: VoIP/HVS, data networks, wireless technologies, fiber and cabling, voice services, enterprise infrastructure, and AV/PA system upgrades.
• Project & Vendor Management: oversee vendor deliverables, contract obligations, evaluations, and performance; manage asset/inventory governance and lifecycle.
• Infrastructure Modernization: develop roadmaps for data networks, voice, wireless, and related systems; support technology refresh initiatives.
• Special Projects: assist enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives and technology strategy programs.

Required/Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree (IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related)
• PMP certification
• 5+ years in project/program management
• 5+ years managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects
• 5+ years experience with VoIP, networking, wireless, and enterprise infrastructure
• 5+ years vendor management
