About the role The Director of Data Center Field Engineering is responsible for leading and scaling the Field Engineering organization that delivers large-scale data center infrastructure deployments across enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale environments. This role owns how work is executed in the field at scale ensuring that deployments are performed consistently, meet defined standards, and are delivered with quality, speed, and operational discipline. This includes high-volume, multi-si
