The Process Solutions and Automation practice at EY is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager to lead large-scale business transformation engagements for financial services clients. This leadership role is responsible for helping organizations reimagine and optimize end-to-end operations through process excellence, intelligent automation, Generative AI, and emerging AI-enabled technologies.
As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders, helping clients define transformation strategies, develop enterprise-wide operating models, and execute complex transformation programs that deliver measurable business value. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee delivery portfolios, contribute to practice growth, and play a key role in developing EY talent and market offerings.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or capital markets operations, along with substantial experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives, automation programs, and AI-enabled innovation efforts.
This will be a full-time opportunity for a suitable candidate with an expectation of 50% domestic travel and up to 10% international travel as required.

AI, Automation & Innovation Leadership Senior Manager Role
- Shape client strategy for leveraging Pega Platform, Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Pega GenAI Blueprint, Intelligent Automation, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Process Mining, and other emerging technologies to drive enterprise transformation.
- Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of Pega-based workflow, case management, customer engagement, and business process orchestration solutions that improve operational efficiency, controls, compliance, and customer experience.
- Advise clients on Pega operating model design, Center of Excellence (CoE) development, governance frameworks, reusable component strategies, and enterprise-scale adoption roadmaps.
- Collaborate with technology, architecture, and data leaders to integrate Pega solutions with core banking, insurance, wealth management, capital markets, and enterprise platforms.
- Guide the identification and prioritization of automation and AI use cases leveraging Pega's low-code architecture, workflow automation, decisioning, and AI-powered orchestration capabilities.
Business Architecture & Process Transformation
- Lead the design of future-state business architectures, target operating models, and Pega-enabled transformation strategies, including case management, workflow modernization, service operations, and customer journey transformation.
- Assess current-state business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Pega BPM, workflow automation, case management, decisioning, and customer engagement capabilities to eliminate inefficiencies and improve business outcomes.
- Define enterprise standards, governance models, and implementation frameworks supporting scalable Pega delivery across business and technology organizations.
Portfolio & Delivery Leadership
- Oversee large-scale Pega transformation programs, ensuring successful solution architecture, delivery execution, release governance, adoption, and value realization.
- Provide executive oversight for Pega implementation teams, solution architects, business architects, developers, and client stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Business Development & Practice Growth
- Support growth of the PSA practice through development of Pega-based solutions, accelerators, industry offerings, thought leadership, and strategic alliance activities.
- Lead client workshops and executive discussions focused on Pega-enabled digital transformation, intelligent automation, workflow modernization, and AI-driven business operations.
Additional Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience leading or delivering Pega transformation programs within Financial Services organizations.
- Deep understanding of Pega Business Architecture, Pega BPM, Case Management, Workflow Automation, Decisioning, Customer Engagement, and Intelligent Automation capabilities.
- Experience helping clients design and implement enterprise-scale Pega operating models, governance structures, CoEs, and delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Pega solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Experience leading teams consisting of Pega Business Architects, Lead System Architects (LSAs), Senior System Architects (SSAs), and Pega developers.
- Strong understanding of Pega GenAI Blueprint, AI-powered workflow orchestration, customer decisioning, and process optimization capabilities.
- Experience developing business cases and transformation roadmaps leveraging Pega as a strategic enterprise platform.
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA), Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Certified Business Architect (CBA), or other Pega certifications strongly preferred.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,400 to $343,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,500 to $390,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
