Gen AI Engineer

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Python development skills with experience building production-grade applications, along with proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML or LLM-enabled applications in real-world environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI services such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and AWS, including Amazon Bedrock and/or Amazon SageMaker, plus experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and/or Crew AI.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, RAG patterns, cloud/on-prem integration, containers/orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant field.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Java experience.
• Experience with ML frameworks/libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; vector databases/search; enterprise content ingestion; and AI risk, compliance, and governance practices.
