Job Title: Fusion RMCS Functional
Looking for Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) designs, configures, and supports automated revenue recognition solutions. Primary duties involve aligning system setups with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 accounting standards, managing customer contracts, standalone selling prices (SSP), and integrating RMCS with Oracle AR, Order Management, and General Ledger.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Lead requirement workshops, fit-gap analyses, and map end-to-end revenue processes.
Core RMCS Configuration: Set up revenue contracts, performance obligations, satisfaction plans, allocation rules, and revenue contingencies.
Compliance Management: Ensure complete alignment with ASC 606/IFRS 15 guidelines regarding multi-element arrangements and variable consideration.
Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate on data flows between RMCS and source systems like Oracle Receivables (AR), Order Management (OM), Subscription Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Testing & Validation: Create functional design documents, test scripts, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Post-Production Support: Troubleshoot integration errors, data discrepancies, and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 10+ years of total Oracle ERP experience, featuring at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations dedicated to Oracle Fusion RMCS.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of revenue accounting, contract modifications, pricing allocations, and financial close processes.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI reporting, and basic SQL data analysis for troubleshooting accounting data.
Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and team-leading capability.
