Genesis10 is currently seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant / Senior EC Configurator -Remote for a 5-month contract role with our a Global Agricultural and Food Corporation located in Wayzata, MN. Compensation: $50.38 - $59.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Primary Requirements: - Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) configuration and implementation.
- Minimum 5-6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Preference for candidates with 3-4 full-cycle Employee Central implementations.
- Solid solution architecture and configuration knowledge within Employee Central.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Foundation Object configuration
- Position Management configuration
- Business Rules configuration
- MDF (Metadata Framework)
- Workflow configuration
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Desired Skills: - Experience with Intelligent Services Center (ISC).
- Strong understanding of Employee Central data structures, organizational hierarchies, and HR processes.
- Ability to provide guidance as a senior-level EC configurator and support implementation/design discussions.
