Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Less than 2 years Providing technical support for IT equipment, software, and mobile devices (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Advanced technical troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and servers (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Working with Microsoft Office 365 Services and various operating systems including Windows and Apple OS (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Problem Solving Expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues in business technology systems. (Required)
- Technical Support Ability to provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal business downtime. (Required)
