Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with production setups and changeovers
- Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished product throughout the production area
- Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment
- Monitor product quality and assist with inspections
- Package and label finished materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow
- Perform other production support tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery
- Ability to handle large rolls of material and production equipment safely
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
- Strong commitment to prioritizing safety in all work activities
- Strong attention to quality
- Ability to work in a team-based production environment
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Willingness to work day or night shift as needed

Wage Range: $21 DOE + $1.50 night shift differential.
Outstanding 2-2-3 Schedule gives you MORE Days off
- Full Time
- 12 hour shifts 2-2-3 schedule
- Day and Night shifts available ( 7a-7p or 7p-7a)
