Quality Vehicle Technician to support inspection, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair activities within a professional automotive fleet environment. This role provides valuable hands-on experience while working alongside skilled technicians in a fast-paced automotive setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle inspections, quality evaluations, maintenance, and repair activities
- Perform basic automotive services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery inspections, and fluid checks
- Support vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting under supervision
- Identify and report vehicle quality concerns and repair findings
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and PPE
- Participate in ongoing technical training and development
Qualifications
- Recent automotive program graduate or current automotive student preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a hands-on environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Basic personal toolbox required
Work Environment
- Stellantis internal fleet diagnostics and repair facility
- Automotive shop environment requiring adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements
