Overview

We are seeking a Hardware Validation Engineer to support board bring-up, validation, and debug activities across pre-silicon and post-silicon platforms. This role will focus on board-level validation, power validation, hardware debugging, and low-speed interface testing to ensure platform functionality, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities

Perform hardware board bring-up, validation, and debug activities.
Execute pre-silicon and post-silicon validation testing.
Conduct board-level and silicon-level power validation.
Validate and troubleshoot low-speed interfaces including I2C, SPI, and UART.
Support PDVT and EDVT phases of product development.
Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware issues in a lab environment.
Document test results, validation findings, and debug activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

5-10 years of hardware validation experience.
Strong experience with board bring-up and hardware debugging.
Experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon validation.
Hands-on experience with PDVT and/or EDVT validation processes.
Experience performing board-level and silicon-level power validation.
Knowledge of I2C, SPI, and UART interface validation and debug.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in a lab environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Python scripting or automation experience.
Team leadership or mentoring experience.
Customer-facing communication and collaboration experience.
