Help Desk AnalystHybrid | Monday-Friday | Day ShiftOur client is growing their Help Desk team and is looking for a reliable, customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting end users in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, clear communication, and making a visible impact on day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For- 1+ year of Help Desk or Service Desk experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to clearly explain solutions to non-technical users
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows devices, PCs, printers, and user applications
- Apply basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) during issue resolution
- Triage, prioritize, and escalate high-impact incidents appropriately
- Partner with leadership on process improvements and documentation
- Assist with small technical projects as needed
- Translate complex technical issues into clear, easy-to-understand guidance for end users
Schedule & Hybrid Setup- Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday, remote Fridays
- Flexibility: After 90 days, top performers may qualify for up to 2 remote days per week
- Hours: Day shift
- Training: 3+ weeks onsite

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.25 - $24.00/hr.
