Oracle EBS Integration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between Oracle EBS and external applications. The consultant will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to build reliable integrations and troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations involving Oracle EBS R12/R12.2.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle EBS and third-party/internal applications.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build and manage cloud-based integrations.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and PL/SQL.
• Work with Oracle EBS interfaces, APIs, concurrent programs, and database objects.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces for Oracle EBS modules.
• Integrate Oracle EBS with external systems such as Salesforce, banking systems, HR applications, supply-chain applications, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and support integrations using Oracle EBS Open Interfaces, Public APIs, and Interface Tables.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling.
• Monitor integration jobs and troubleshoot failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
• Work with Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, concurrent requests, and scheduled processes as required.
• Collaborate with Oracle EBS functional consultants across Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical specifications, integration mapping documents, test cases, and support documentation.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, SIT, UAT support, and regression testing.
• Provide root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for production issues.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2.
• Strong experience in Oracle EBS integrations and interface development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation.
• Experience working with Oracle EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, Interface Tables, and Concurrent Programs.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS database architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience developing both inbound and outbound integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and production-support processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion integrations.
• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Middleware.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS Workflow.
• Experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher.
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of FTP/SFTP, JMS, OAuth, and API authentication.
• Experience with integration monitoring and error-handling frameworks.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as AP, AR, GL, PO, OM, Inventory, and Procurement.
• Oracle Integration Cloud certification is a plus.

Experience

• 8+ years of overall Oracle EBS/Oracle technical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS integration experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) preferred.
• Experience working on enterprise-level integration projects.
