A bit about us:
We are a well-established, privately backed technical services company that supports the electrical infrastructure behind critical operations. Our field teams work with customers in a range of industries to keep complex systems safe, reliable and performing.
Our growth in recent years has been remarkable. Through strong organic momentum and a disciplined acquisition strategy, we've grown our geographic reach, added capabilities and moved into new markets, and we haven't slowed down. Long-term investors stand behind us and keep reinvesting in our people, our technical depth and the high-demand markets that will drive the next phase of growth. We have the stability and resources of a mature organization, and we act with the energy and ambition of a company still writing its story.
Why join us?
This is a chance to lead one of the fastest-growing parts of a business that is already growing quickly. Our Protection & Controls group has built a strong base of about 75 field technicians serving utility and substation customers. A pending acquisition will add roughly 100 more technicians, more than doubling the team.
You'll step in at an inflection point. You'll bring two organizations together and build the operating structure, leadership bench and processes that let the business scale profitably. You won't just maintain a steady-state operation. You'll have a direct hand in shaping what this business becomes, with executive support behind you and real investment in expanding into adjacent testing and commissioning markets. For an operations leader who wants visible impact and room to grow with the business, it's hard to find a better setup.

A safety-first mindset with a history of building strong field safety cultures across distributed teams.
Strength in technician recruiting, retention and career development, with an understanding of what keeps skilled field talent engaged.
Customer-facing ability: you're comfortable owning key accounts, supporting major proposals and resolving service issues directly.
A data-driven operator who turns KPIs into action and builds the reporting and processes that give a growing business visibility and control.
Willingness to travel regularly across branch locations and customer sites. Roughly 3 days/ 2 nights a week.
