Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Maintenance Technician (HVAC) for our client in Baltimore, MD 21201. This is a 6+ month temporary contract assignment paying $35/hr on W2 (all-inclusive). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HVAC, HVAC-R, refrigeration, steam fitting, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Duration: 6 Months+
The Maintenance Technician (HVAC) performs intermediate-level HVAC, HVAC-R, and steam fitting maintenance work. Responsibilities include construction, preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and operation of HVAC systems throughout the Camden Yards Sports Complex. The role may provide guidance to maintenance staff and requires event coverage for sports and campus events.
Key Certification/License Requirements: Candidates must have a Current Refrigerant Recovery Certificate (EPA certification) and a Maryland HVAC Apprentice or Journeyman License, or be currently enrolled in/graduated from an accredited HVAC certification program, along with a valid Maryland Driver''s License for assigned duties.
