Job Description (General Summary)
Mechanical Design Engineer
Design the Solutions That Keep Innovation Moving
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in bringing new conveyance technologies from concept to reality. Working alongside Test Engineers, Controls Engineers, and Field Service Technicians, you will transform real-world challenges into practical, high-performance mechanical solutions that improve our products and expand what is possible for our customers.
This is not a role focused solely on CAD modeling. You will be a hands-on engineering partner, collaborating across disciplines to diagnose issues, develop innovative solutions, and deliver designs that improve equipment performance, reliability, manufacturability, and customer experience. Whether creating a new component, refining an existing design, or supporting field-deployed systems, your work will have a direct and visible impact on the future of our conveyance products.
Why This Role Matters
The best products are built when great engineering meets real-world experience. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will sit at the center of that collaboration, working with testing, controls, and field teams to solve problems, improve performance, and develop innovative solutions that directly impact customers. Your designs will not live only on a computer screen. They will become the components, systems, and improvements that shape the next generation of conveyance technology and help our customers succeed every day.
If you enjoy designing practical solutions, collaborating with talented engineers, and seeing your work make an immediate impact in the field, this is the opportunity to help define the future of conveyance systems.
