Summary

This position is best suited for individuals with prior manufacturing or warehouse experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and reliability matter.

What We\'re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of assembly, warehousing, or forklift experience

- Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures

- Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it

Production Associate Responsibilities:

- Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to detailed work instructions
- Maintain quality standards and production goals
- Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
- Work effectively as part of a production team

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Receive, store, and distribute materials to support production operations
- Accurately complete inventory and shipping documentation
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse

Schedules:

A Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday-Wednesday

B Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Sunday-Wednesday (+15% shift differential)

C Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday-Saturday

D Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Wednesday-Saturday (+15% shift differential)

Must be available for overtime as needed.
