Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite)
Duration: 7 month contract
Role Overview
This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle for IT projects and initiatives, from definition through implementation. The position is accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. The role requires providing day-to-day direction to project resources and ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the project course.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and drive project milestones.
- Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
- Provide daily direction and guidance to project resources.
- Ensure effective change management is implemented throughout the project.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets.
- Manage projects to meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Skills: This role requires proficiency in oral and written communications, interpersonal negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving.
Technical Skills: Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word is required.
