Compensation & BenefitsOur doctors are productive, efficient, and well-supported to do their best work. Compensation is tailored to experience and schedule.
Compensation- Competitive base salary: $125,000-$160,000, depending on experience and schedule

QualificationsRequired- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
- Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
- Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Minimum of two years of clinical veterinary experience
Preferred- Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
- Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
- Interest or experience in exotics medicine
- Interest in acupuncture, chiropractic care, or integrative medicine
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to medicine
