What you'll do: - Lead end-to-end execution of engineering programs focused on AI/ML-enhanced solutions, ensuring scalable and maintainable system design.
- Oversee development of agentic AI systems, providing architectural guidance across backend, frontend, and mobile technologies.
- Drive standardization and reuse of architectural patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.
- Collaborate with Product and Program Management to align roadmaps, milestones, and software product strategy.
- Cultivate engineering talent through mentorship, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous growth.
- Ensure technical quality and timely delivery of solutions meeting business objectives.
- Promote innovation by identifying improvement opportunities and integrating feedback across teams.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30099: The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $416,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 2: 9 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
