Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to join our
Managed Accounts Solutions Platform team. This role is located in
Berwyn, PA and New York, NY.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - Lead the design and implementation of server-side architecture by leveraging expertise in software engineering principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless and efficient system interactions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability by conducting thorough performance testing and deploying necessary updates.
- Ensure the security and data protection of applications by implementing robust authentication and authorization solutions.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Typically 5-9 years of experience in back-end software development.
- Financial Services experience.
- Proficient in back-end programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of database management using Oracle and data storage solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
