As a DevOps engineer, you're eager to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your client's needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to help us develop container management software to solve some of our clients' toughest challenges.
As a platform DevOps engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to affect mission-forward change. On our team, you'll strengthen your skills using the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client's environment with current container software to ensure seamless orchestration. Using your DevOps platform knowledge, you'll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process.
You'll work with your team to recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. Additionally, you'll gain DevOps skills and experience while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms.

You Have: - Experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Linux Shell Script
- Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and in the creation and improvement of continuous automation across multiple technical stacks
- Experience with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues with CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness, built using Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins and both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration platforms and tools, and configuration management tools
- Experience adding testing and security scans to pipelines
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in DevOps, or 12+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have: - Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks for monitoring and optimizationYOU
- Experience integrating AI systems architecture, AI platforms, or MLflow
- ML, DevOps, or solution architecture Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
