Job Responsibilities

Create, update, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) efficiently.
Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all CFOs align with project objectives and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features.
Support platform and program-specific new feature development.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and voice of customer clinics to support the development process.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
3 to 5 years of automotive experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience.
Good project coordination skills.
Automotive Systems Background.
Knowledge of ISO 26262.
Ability to interpret various regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition.

Preferred Qualifications

Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
Knowledge of IBM DOORS or similar ALM/PLM management tools.
Systems Engineering experience.
Experience with system network topology diagrams.
Ability to understand problems from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field).
Knowledge of a functional domain (i.e., Body, Chassis, Electrical, Interior).

Mandatory Skills

Automotive Systems understanding.
Functional Domain (electrical, chassis, interior) understanding.
