What You?ll Do As an Automation Maintenance Technician, you?ll play a critical role in keeping our advanced manufacturing systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably from the very start.
In this role, you will:
\t- Support a safe, high-performance workplace by following safety and environmental standards
\t- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across automated equipment
\t- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize uptime
\t- Document maintenance activity within our CMMS system
\t- Help establish and maintain a critical spare-parts inventory strategy
\t- Support startup activities, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives
\t- Expand your skills through ongoing training, certifications, and exposure to advanced automation technologies
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, highly technical, and part of building something new from the ground up.
What Makes You a Strong Fit We?re looking for technicians who are curious, collaborative, and energized by modern automation environments.
Preferred qualifications:
\t- Associate degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Technology, Electronics, Millwright, or Instrumentation & Controls (or equivalent hands-on experience)
\t- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
\t- Experience troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs (especially Allen-Bradley systems)
\t- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
\t- Comfort working with Excel, Word, and Outlook
\t- A proactive mindset and desire to help shape maintenance systems in a new facility
What We Offer Hourly Pay: $36.00 ? $42.00 (DOE)
Bonus: Up to 5% quarterly bonus potential
