18% starting commission on repairs, upgrades, and service replacements

Your New Role
Perform residential electrical service calls throughout Suffolk County and surrounding local communities
Troubleshoot electrical systems, including panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, switches, and service upgrades
Diagnose electrical issues and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
Educate customers on electrical safety, code compliance, and system improvement opportunities
Recommend and close sales for repairs, upgrades, and electrical safety enhancements
Complete accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance
Follow all local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and safety standards

5?7 years of residential electrical service experience
Advanced residential electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience servicing electrical panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and service upgrades
Proven ability to present repair options and discuss pricing with homeowners
Strong consultative sales skills in a residential service environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Commitment to safety and electrical code compliance
Valid driver\'s license
