An Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer job in Lynn, MA is currently available at Belcan. This is a full-time, direct opportunity with benefits. Entry-Level Mechanical Design Engineer Job Duties: * Participate in the entire design cycle of mechanical subsystems, including conceptual and detailed design, trade studies, development testing and qualification * Perform engineering calculations to validate component and system design (free body diagrams, structural analysis, vibration analysis, flow analysis, and heat transfer analysis) * Review manufacturing drawings to ensure form, fit and function * Perform tolerance stacks analysis in accordance with ASME Y14.5 2009 * Working knowledge of design cycle, conception to production, for components or systems * Experience in structural FEA using ANSYS, NASTRAN, or similar tools * Proficient in 3D CAD, utilizing Siemens NX Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $70,720 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
