What You'll Do- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain medical simulation equipment
- Work with Windows 11-based systems
- Connect devices to customer networks
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service at hospitals and universities
- Travel to customer locations throughout your assigned region
What We're Looking For- 1-3 years of IT experience or recent IT-related education
- Familiarity with Windows 11
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Addressing)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Mechanical or electronics aptitude is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a technical assessment
Travel RequirementsThis role requires Monday-Friday travel.- Most travel is within a 5-hour driving radius
- Flights provided when necessary
- Hotel accommodations provided for overnight travel
- Home on weekends
