A bit about us:We are a national multifamily owner, developer, builder, and property manager. Because we build, own, and operate our own communities, our maintenance teams work in newer, well-designed buildings and have a direct line to the people who make decisions. We have grown consistently for over a decade, we are recognized nationally as a top workplace, and we are still adding communities across the country. Our teams thrive on purpose-filled work, an entrepreneurial spirit, and unlimited growth potential.
Why join us?- True multi-site scope: a flagship community, a smaller sister property, two additional communities with their own techs, and a commercial asset
- You lead technicians rather than just carrying a wrench, with autonomy over how the portfolio is maintained
- Owner-operator model with newer product and short lines to leadership
- 3 weeks PTO accruing immediately, 9 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, 401(k) with 3% company contribution
- Full benefits package, 20% rent discount, guest suite stays, fitness reimbursement, $2,500 referral bonuses
- A growing regional portfolio, which means your scope grows with it

- Overseeing make-readies, cleaning, and painting during unit turns
- Snow removal and grounds oversight
- Regular, professional, and courteous communication with property managers and residents
- On-call rotation, responding to emergency calls after hours and on weekends
- Regular travel between properties: a smaller property about 45 minutes west, and two communities plus a commercial asset roughly an hour east (plan for a couple of trips per week)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Facilities or property maintenance leadership experience is required; multifamily preferred, hotel/hospitality strongly considered, commercial or industrial facilities leadership also considered
- Multi-site responsibility strongly preferred

- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and strong time management
- Ability to work a weekend and evening on-call schedule in addition to a Monday-Friday schedule
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb multiple flights of stairs multiple times per day, and work on a ladder or scaffolding
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high integrity: direct, truthful, admits mistakes, operates on trust
