Fixture Team Member
SPAR Marketing Force is hiring Fixture Team Members to support retail remodel, reset, and fixture installation projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working long day shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist with fixture installation, shelving updates, merchandising resets, and remodel projects for national retail locations.

- Must live within 50 miles of Carmichael, CA
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM ? 8:00 PM (days may vary based on project needs)

Responsibilities
- Complete retail remodel and reset projects
- Install, remove, and replace shelving, fixtures, signage, and displays
- Perform merchandising resets following planograms and project instructions
- Use basic hand tools and power tools
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Maintain organized work areas and communicate project updates
- Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, bend, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods
Qualifications
- Previous retail remodel, construction, merchandising, fixture installation, or related experience preferred
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts from 7:00 AM ? 8:00 PM
- Experience using hand tools and power tools required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders/heights
- Reliable transportation and valid driver?s license required
- Must have a personal cell phone and email address
- Steel-toe footwear or approved inserts required
