Job DetailsWe're seeking an IT/OT Project Manager to lead technology, cybersecurity, and compliance projects supporting power plant operations. This role works closely with IT, engineering, plant operations, and compliance teams to deliver secure, reliable systems that meet applicable NERC CIP requirements.
What You'll Do
- Manage IT/OT projects from planning through implementation, including scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, and risks.
- Lead control system upgrades, infrastructure security improvements, and NERC CIP compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate projects involving DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems while minimizing disruption to plant operations.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams on access management, incident response readiness, and remediation.
- Support internal audits through documentation, evidence collection, and corrective action tracking.
What You Bring
- Experience managing IT/OT projects in power generation, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
- Demonstrated NERC CIP expertise and experience supporting compliance projects.
- Working knowledge of industrial control systems, including DCS, PLC, and SCADA.
- Familiarity with infrastructure security, access management, incident response, and internal audits.
- Strong communication, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
